- How to order a product

- 1. Once you've found your favorite item, add it to the Shopping Cart (If you wish to directly move on to checkout page, click "Order")
- 2. Product purchase will proceed. Check for mistakes in product name and quantity, size, and delivery fee.
- 3. Type in your order name and address.
- 4. Select your payment method.
- 5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
- 6. If you have selected Payment by Credit Card, type in your billing information to payment window to complete the payment.

Although we cautiously check quality and perform inspection on the products, product defects cannot be totally eradicated. In such cases, we fully take responsibility and offer exchange or refunds. - Cancellation
- Cancellations of orders are only available on the day of the order before 12AM. You can contact us directly, or modify your order in your account page.
- Once the product has been shipped, it is the responsibility of customers to pay for the return shipping charges.
- Return and Exchange

- We accept product returns only for reasons of product defect. If we possess enough stock of a certain product in different sizes, we make avail limited exchanges. ※Exchange and Returns are not accepted for products purchased from sale and events.
