The colors are really pretty, but to me look more coral pink and purple rather than red/purple. Still very pretty! I do love the colors. They look quite pink on my dark brown eyes, but perhaps this is my experience alone. Very, very comfortable! I have the grey/blue rainbow series And find those quite comfortable as well. I'll definitely be purchasing the other colors in the series
